Alterations and extension to form Children's Centre
at Dedworth Schools, Windsor
The purpose of this project was to provide
accommodation for a Children’s Centre within the existing school
building. This entailed internal alterations and a single-storey extension
to enable the relocation of the schools Staff Room and Admin facilities
which occupied the space to be allocated.
The extension was designed to integrate with the existing building with
a mono-pitch roof and entrance canopy to draw attention to the fact that
this would be the new main entrance into the school.
